Perran Sands
Location: Perranport, Cornwall
Brief: To achieve planning consent for a 72 caravan extension in an area of outstanding natural beauty

One key consideration in the project was the effect of the light spill from the development on neighbouring wildlife living at the perimeter of the proposed development.
Lumenata was tasked with modelling the light spill from the proposed pods and demonstrating that the lux levels generated from the pods do not negatively affect the neighbouring wildlife at the site boundary.
